🌐 HOW HANA JAPAN LLC HANDLES SOURCING REQUESTS
Updated: Sep 25
At HANA JAPAN LLC, we believe that a successful international transaction begins with clear information, transparent communication and workable commercial terms.
We welcome sourcing requests across different product categories. However, before we begin searching for suppliers, we kindly ask potential buyers to provide sufficient information so that both sides can evaluate whether the opportunity is commercially realistic.
For every sourcing request, we generally need to understand:
• Company information
Buyer’s company name, business profile, website and contact details
• Product requirement
Exact product, grade, specification, quality requirement and intended use
• Quantity
Trial quantity and expected regular monthly or annual volume
• Destination
Destination country and port
• Preferred origin
If the buyer has a preference for Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, USA or another market
• Target price
Expected buying level and preferred Incoterm such as FOB, CFR or CIF
• Payment terms
Proposed payment structure must be clear before we proceed with serious sourcing discussions
For larger or higher-risk transactions, additional commercial verification may be required, including company documents, importer details, banking arrangements or other mutually acceptable evidence of purchasing capability.
HANA JAPAN LLC does not believe in providing unrealistic quotations simply to attract attention.
We prefer to first verify:
Real buyer → Clear requirement → Workable payment → Real supplier → Confirmed commercial offer
Only when these elements are reasonably aligned do we proceed further with sourcing, negotiation and logistics coordination.
Our objective is not simply to “find a product.”
Our objective is to build transparent, sustainable and executable international business transactions for all parties involved.
If your company has a genuine sourcing requirement and is ready to discuss clear commercial terms, we would be pleased to connect.
